Drexel Helps the World's Panda Population

Drexel University is stepping up to save pandas in China. The school gave a $10,000 check to the Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding today. The research center was badly damaged in an earthquake last year. Scientists had to cut the number of pandas bred this year because of that damage. Drexel’s donation will pay for 8 pandas born at the center.
