Chaos in Colwyn

What began as an investigation into the alleged police tasering of a teenager in a holding cell erupted into a chaotic situation in Colwyn. The formerly suspended police chief got into a confrontation with the mayor during a council meeting on Thursday. The chief was suspended by the mayor who claims he wasn’t told about the tasering incident until a week after it happened. But the police chief insisted he didn’t initially know about it either.
