Capucci Exhibit Hosts Local Fashion Competition

Fashion expert Rakia Reynolds talks about the Project Runway-esque competition taking place at the Capucci Exhibit. Drexel, The Art Institue, Philadelphia University, and Moore College of Art & Design will compete against each other and the clock designing clothes.
