Accused Mayfair Tire Slasher to Enter Plea

Prosecutors say David Toledo is the man responsible for a series of tire slashings in Mayfair. NBC10’s Marisa Brahney says Toledo will appear before a judge Thursday morning for a formal arraignment on 54 charges.
