Residents Furious Over Crumbling Homes

Kensington neighborhood residents are angry about the abandoned homes on their block and want to know why the city isn’t doing anything about them. They say these crumbling homes are unsafe and unsanitary. NBC10’s Dawn Timmeney reports.
