‘Cannibal Cop' Case Suspect is Innocent: Family

The aunt of a Hamilton Township man, who allegedly sought to pay a NYC police officer to kidnap a woman so that he could then rape and kill her, says her nephew was only participating in a fantasy and is innocent of the charges against him. NBC10’s Marisa Brahney reports.
