“Bring Back Civility:” Councilman Jones

Philadelphia City Councilman Curtis Jones, Jr. (D-4th District) said the rise in homicides and violent crime in the city is a signal that a return to civility is long overdue. His message, especially to young people, is: “Conflict resolution doesn’t always have to happen at the end of a gun.”
