Since the start of the pandemic, there have been several COVID-19 outbreaks taking place on cruises, leading to many people canceling their trips. NBC10 Responds reporter Tracy Davidson shares advice on getting a refund. One passenger whose cruise was canceled by the cruise line says she was offered a refund, but the company never delivered on it.
