Mail Theft on the Rise in Philadelphia Region

A man’s credit card payment and life insurance premium payment were both stolen after he tried to send them through the mail. He spoke with NBC10 Responds reporter Tracy Davidson who warns us about mail theft, which is becoming a rising crime in our region.
