Lehigh Valley Pool Contractor Charged With Theft and Fraud

Since last summer, NBC10 Responds has been following a Lehigh Valley pool contractor accused of leaving jobs unfinished and customers out of their money. Now he’s charged with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, and home improvement fraud impacting more than two dozen consumers. NBC10’s Tracy Davidson has the update.
