Couple Says Philly Billed Them for Wrong Amount for New Home

For decades, the city of Philadelphia has been offering a tax abatement, or reduction of property tax, for new homes built but one family ran into trouble when they said the city billed them the wrong amount. NBC10 Responds’ Tracy Davidson has more.
