Auto thefts saw a 72% increase in 2023, the highest among crime categories

In 2023 the number of stolen cars went up in the city and things like a TikTok challenge made it much worse. NBC10’s Investigative Reporter Claudia Vargas explains further and gives us a look at the numbers.
