City Controller investigating L&I's use of electric vehicles & lack of chargers

Mayor Cherelle Parker has a goal of making Philadelphia a greener city. However, Parker’s administration has run into a road block when it comes to the city’s responsibility to install electric vehicle chargers. The city controller is now investigating the cars as well as the city’s infrastructure. NBC10 investigative reporter Claudia Vargas explains.
