Local Lawmaker Pushes for Pennsylvania to Compensate Those Who Were Wrongfully Convicted

Shaurn Thomas spent 24 years in prison for a murder he didn’t commit. Like other wrongfully convicted people, Thomas never received any help or compensation from Pennsylvania.
