The Scoop on Wawa Welcome America's Ice Cream Scoop

The Philly Ice Cream Scoop will be taking place at Reading Terminal Market Saturday as part of Wawa Welcome America festivities. There will be 16 merchants, including legendary Bassets, offering ice cream specials around the market.
