Lovingly Preserved Dutch-Colonial Home in Brooklyn

We’re in the Madison neighborhood of Brooklyn for a tour of a one of a kind lovingly preserved homestead built in 1776. It’s one of the last privately-owned Dutch-Colonial homes in the city and in fact – in its long history, this property has only changed hands three times. It sits on a half acre of land – which is rare, and it includes a barn built in 1899.
