How To Design a Stylish But Kid-Friendly Home

We’re in the hills of Sherman Oaks, California at the home of designer Barbie Palomino. When Barbie moved in, the original Mid-Century design had been lost over the years, so she sought to restore those aspects both inside and out. But, she also had to make it kid friendly, which, let’s face it — doesn’t always mesh with chic design. Yet she managed to achieve just that, creating a comfortable, bright, and happy home for her and her family – one that also manages to be stylish.
