Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation Awards Young Philly Leaders

The Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation has given many children of marines the opportunity to go to college for over 50 years. The Philadelphia Celebratory Ball Friday night helps support the next generation of leaders and here to tell us more is Colonel Ken Detreaux and scholarship recipient Charles Waring.
