Walls for Justice Beautifying Storefronts Damaged by Looting With Important Messages

Artist and teacher Samuel Rodriguez is turning a difficult period in Philadelphia’s history into a teaching moment for all. Through the program Walls for Justice, Rodriguez and volunteers are painting murals on businesses boarded up after looting and unrest. The paintings carry important messages about change and hope. Rodriguez spoke to Philly Live’s Shiela Watko.
