    Blizzard of 2010 Snow Totals

    We smashed the snowiest season in Philadelphia history by five inches. Here are snow totals from around the area. (Published Thursday, Feb. 11, 2010)

    I-76, I-676, I-476 all re-opened at 5 a.m. after the National Guard and road crews worked overnight to clear them.

    "The conditions are very good," said PennDot spokesman Gene Blaum.

    PECO is working to restore power to more than 100,000 customers -- nearly half of those outages are in Bucks County.

    In Cape May County, New Jersey, there are nearly 23,000 power outages and in New Castle County, Delaware, just over 5,000.

    If you're planning to take mass transit this morning, check in first because there are many cancellations and delays. SEPTA has suspended service on suburban routes and there are cancellations and delays.

    NJ Transit is resuming bus service at 7 a.m. DART is down today but expects to be back up Friday in Delaware.

    In the Lehigh Valley, LANTA/Metro and MetroPlus are operating on Full Snow Emergency, starting at 8 a.m.

    At Philadelphia International Airport, more flights are getting in than going out and they are trying to get things going again later morning.
