Threat of More Severe Weather Throughout This Week

An unsettled weather pattern has left us with the threat of severe storms this week.

More storms and potential severe weather and flooding are in the forecast through Thursday. Clusters of thunderstorms are possible each afternoon and evening.

Some may contain damaging winds and hail, but all of them pose the threat of creating localized flash flooding.

The pattern continues after a day of spotty severe weather on Monday. Severe conditions were not widespread, but a few scattered pockets hit the damaging threshold.

The exact timing and location of these storms are still a bit uncertain, but the most likely time frame looks like late afternoon and evening. Stay with the NBC10 First Alert Weather Team or download the app for the latest details.
