A tractor-trailer overturned on Route 495 in New Jersey on the outbound helix of the Lincoln Tunnel.
Chopper 4 was over the scene and showed the truck on its side against the guard rail.
The outbound roadway was temporarily closed, with traffic being diverted to the Hoboken exit, but had reopened as of around 8:30 a.m.
Buses traveling to and from Port Authority faced delays of up to 60 minutes, NJ Transit said around 8 a.m.
John F. Kennedy Boulevard below the helix was closed in both directions between Baldwin Avenue and Willow Avenue because debris from the truck fell below.
NJT trains are cross-honoring bus tickets.
