Travel services across the region are resuming after a massive snowstorm brought the region to a standstill.
All SEPTA bus routes with the exception of the following are operating this morning: 3, 29, 33, 39, 47, 47M, 48, 57, 77, 88, 89, 94, 95, 128, 133, 139, J and K. Customers should check the System Status section at http://www.septa.org for detour information for routes that are operating.
The following City Trolley Routes are operating on or close to schedule: Routes 10, 11, 13, 15, 34 and 36.
Suburban Trolley: The Route 101 Trolley is operating from 69th Street Transportation Center to Media. Route 102 is operating from 69th Street to Sharon Hill.
Market-Frankford Line: Service is operating on or close to schedule.
Broad Street Line: Service is operating on or close to schedule. Express service is available.
Regional Rail: As SEPTA continues to rebound from Winter Storm Jonas, our crews are working to bring more rail cars back on line and into proper position on the system for service. All passengers, particularly on the Lansdale/Doylestown, West Trenton Line and Trenton Lines, should expect overcrowding on trains and service delays today.
The following trains are operating with fewer cars. Passengers may experience overcrowding.

Norristown High Speed Line: Service is operating between 69th Street to Bryn Mawr only. NHSL customers that travel between Norristown Transportation Center and Bryn Mawr can use SEPTA's Manayunk/Norristown Line or Paoli/Thorndale Line. SEPTA will honor those customers' NHSL fares on Regional Rail.
CCT Paratransit: Limited service will be available for dialysis and medical appointments and essential work personnel only.
Parking: Parking spaces will be limited throughout the system. In-house forces and contractors worked to plow parking lots throughout the system. Snow removal efforts will run at night all next week, with snow being trucked out of many lots.
Philadelphia International Airport
All departing flights Tuesday morning at Philadelphia International Airport are currently on schedule. Some arriving flights have been delayed or canceled. CHECK HERE for more details and cancellations.
PATCO trains are operating on normal weekday schedule. CHECK HERE for more details.
Amtrak is operating on a modified schedule in the mid-Atlantic region. At 30th Street Station commuters dealt with delays and lines to get onto trains.
Acela Express, Northeast Regional and other services between Boston and Washington D.C., and Keystone Service between Harrisburg, Pa., and New York, are operating on a modified schedule. There will be reduced Amtrak service between Washington and points in Virginia due to local conditions.
Passengers who have reservations were contacted and accommodated on other trains with similar departure times or offered alternate travel dates.

NJ Transit has resumed service for bus, rail and light rail. CHECK HERE for more details.
DART will operate regular service with the following exceptions on Tuesday: Routes 7, 8 and 10 are still suspended. Route 3 is on detour on its way out of town staying on Market Street between 16th Street and 26th Street and Route 28 is serving Rodney Square and then on detour between Rodney Square and Alapocas Drive.
The suspended and detoured routes will be monitored and any changes in status will be updated HERE.
