A serious crash snarled traffic along a busy South Jersey road Tuesday morning.
A sport utility vehicle went off the Atlantic City Expressway westbound near where the roadway merges into New Jersey Route 42 in Winslow Township around 6:30 a.m., said New Jersey State Police.
The driver suffered serious injuries, said police.
The crash, where it appeared the SUV overturned, caused at least one lane to be blocked westbound. Eastbound traffic continued to get by the scene.
