Philadelphia was ranked in the Top 5 because of its beloved food options, according to Budget Travel.
The foods that put Philly on the list are soft pretzels, Italian ices and the super famous -- wait for it -- Philly cheesesteak. But other foods not normally mentioned as Philadelphian fare also help the city's ranking including Vietnamese and Mexican options.
