Two of the Main Line’s best known chefs joined forces top open a Euro-Latin dining experience that will please the senses.
The Euro-Latin tapas restaurant with a tequila bar is set to open Friday, August 7. The restaurant will mainly focus on small plates with Spanish, Cuban, Brazilian and Mexican influences.
“I’m very excited to bring Chef Farina on board,” said Taylor. “I believe he is the most talented chef on the Main Line. His tapas-style menu is unlike anything this area has ever seen.”
“My passion for tapas started many years ago when I was traveling throughout Europe,” said Chef Farina.
“I love eating tapas-style. It allows me to experience many dishes at a single meal,” he said.
Some of the items you will find in the menu are soups and salads, ceviche, a variety of tacos, scallops and paella.
The restaurant dinner hours will be 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Friday and Saturday 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. and Sunday hours will be 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Lunches will be served Tuesday through Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
“I am excited to bring my take on this style of dining to the Main Line,” said Farina.
