What I like about this look?
There are a few things that I really like about this picture. The fits of all of these pieces are on point and the general confidence that Curran exudes shows that he really is comfortable with his personal style. The chunky, zip up cardigan, is the standout piece in this look that gives off an old-school cool vibe. Taking a piece like a cardigan and breaking it out of that "old man" stereotype is something that he does well.
Where could this outfit be worn?
With the variety of layers in this look, this outfit is perfect for hitting the streets this winter. For the person that doesn’t want to wear a jacket and still stay warm, this look would be great for the cold weather days because of the many layers.
Where can you buy this particular look?
In terms of the chunky zip up cardigan, the brand Psycho Bunny recently released the jardigan (combo jacket & cardigan). V-neck sweaters are a staple in every man wardrobe. To find a great V-neck sweater at a reasonable price, H&M is a perfect option. Floral ties are hard to pull off, but, they are a cool option to add a bit of personality to your look. Liberty of London is a brand that is growing in the US and has a variety of floral ties in more neutral colors. To bring this look together, the grey jeans are an amazing choice. Onassis Clothing offers few pair of grey jeans that fit perfectly and can be worn formally or in more relaxed settings. Asos clothing company makes a few pair of tan boots in brogued style and plain toe styles that work well with most outfits.
This is not a look for a style novice. Since men typically have a problem with wearing the color pink, I would swap out the pink v-neck sweater for a navy blue one. By switching to a navy blue option, the grey of the jeans, the cream and navy of the cardigan still complement each other well. The look will still have the same aesthetic and be a bit toned down.
