Santa, Sugarplum Fairy to Brunch With the Ballet

Don't forget the Mouse King too

Here's a real holiday treat: brunch with Santa, the Sugarplum Fairy and the Mouse King too.

Sure, it's $115 for adults and $98 for children, but that includes parquet level seating tickets to a 3 p.m. matinee of the Pennsylvania Ballet's Nutcracker and brunch at the Omni Hotel in Old City.

The planned menu has some of us ready to drive long distances to get to it. Think: smoked salmon and trout, herb crusted rack of lamb, oven roaster turkey, as well as standard breakfast fare, like French toast, omelets, and crepes, not to mention California sushi rolls and Asian noodle, Russian potato and Caesar salads for the taking, according to uwishunu

Sounds like a Christmas memory -- and meal -- one won't soon forget.
