Summer’s over, but it’s not too late for one last hurrah on the deck of the Manayunk Brew Pub, especially if it’s for a good cause.
Get to Main Street on Thursday, September 17 at 6 p.m. for Rock the Dock, a party benefiting Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
Mango Men and Loudmouth are performing live and there will be plenty of contests like hula hoop, limbo, Wii, basketball and mini putting. Prizes will be awarded to the big winners.
The brew pub is also offering free hors d’oeurves and a pig roast plus Corona and p.i.n.k vodka drink specials served to you by some very special celebrity bartenders.
Oh, and did we mention there’s a special appearance by XTU’s Andie Summers and the Xtra Mile Team?
The party’s free, but a $10 donation gets you a complimentary drink and an “Eat for the Cure” pin.
So fork over that 10 bucks.
