West Chester University student Andrea Helfrich, of Richboro, was crowned Miss Philadelphia late Saturday night.
Seventeen college-aged women were judged on their talent, evening wear, swimsuit and interview skills in the pageant at Drexel.
Helfrich, last year's first runner up, won a $10,000 scholarship.
The pageant has a long and rich history in the city of Philadelphia.
