So why not relive the Phillies’ World Series victory—in style? You can Monday tonight, when the team will roll out the red carpet for a screening of the official 2008 World Series Film at the Bridge Cinema De Lux (230 S. 40th St.). The showing begins at 7:30.

The film will be released to in stores nationwide November 25, but this is your chance to catch an advance screening, and watch along with some Phillies celebrities: president David Montgomery, pitcher Ryan Madson, chairman Bill Giles, hitting coach Milt Thompson and broadcasters Harry Kalas and Scott Franzke are all scheduled to make appearances.

The film also will be shown concurrently across the region at the Bala Theatre 3 in Bala Cynwyd; Montgomeryville 10 in Lansdale; Anthony Wayne Theatre 5 in Wayne; and Showcase at The Ritz Center 16 in Voorhees, N.J. But only those at the Bridge event will receive a copy of the film on DVD.
