Anyone looking to spend a couple days outside at the first-annual POPPED! Music Festival this weekend had their bubble popped Wednesday.
They might not be outside but at least the music will go on.
POPPED!, which was supposed to be outside at FDR Park in South Philly, is taking the show inside the Liacouras Center on Temple’s campus in North Philadelphia because of fears of flooding from heavy rains expected Friday into Saturday.
Luckily the lineup of great musicians wasn't changed even if the venue was.
Friday doors open at 2:30 p.m. as The Shins, Cage the Elephant, The Hold Steady and The Pains of Being Pure at Heart take the stage.
Get your dancing shoes on for Saturday starting at 10:30 a.m. featuring Pretty Lights, Girl Talk, Kreayshawn, DJ ?uest Love and plenty more.
If you already have your ticket it will still be accepted at its new location and if you haven’t bought your ticket you still have time. Tickets are $59.50 for a one-day pass and $65 if you get your ticket at the Liacouras box office the day of the fest.
