Il Divo to Celebrate Christmas Trump-Style

Il Divo's Christmas songs are always crowd-pleasers

Simon Cowell's boy band creation/sensation, Il Divo, is sharing an "intimate night" with all its fans at the Trump Taj Mahal Saturday. Try not to faint, ladies.

As part of the Armani-clad group's "Celebrate Christmas with Il Divo" holiday tour, their performance in Atlantic City marks one of a first for the singers, who have performed their crossover classical music in front of The Queen of England and past U.S. Presidents, but never before a concert audience.

The all-male quartet will perform songs in three languages (English, Spanish and Italian) from the group’s double platinum album, The Christmas Collection, and their recent album, "The Promise."

Il Divo's Christmas songs are always crowd-pleasers, according to the New York Times, and this show promises no less with special guest appearances from jazz vocal sensation Holly Cole and international star violinist Anne Akiko Meyer.

The four handsome men -- American tenor David Miller, popular French singer Sebastian Izambard, Swiss tenor Urs Buhler, and Spanish baritone Carlos Marin -- were first brought together by Cowell in 2004, after a far-reaching worldwide audition process.

Tickets for the show in the Mark G. Etess Arena range from $60 to $145 and can be bought through Ticketmaster or at the Taj Box Office, (609) 449-5150.
