VINO: Get your class on and head down to the new Octo Waterfront Grille for a night of wine tastings. For $20 in advance ($30 at the door), guests will be able to sample six different wines and champagnes as well as try some samples from Octo’s menu. RETRO FASHION: Get a history lesson in fashion at the International House when design and merchandising students from Drexel explore the lasting impact of subcultures on today. Eight different subculture fashions will be on display – Trekkies, 80s hip-hop, “krump,” Androgynies, 60s surf culture, Tektonik, Disney influenced fashion and stakepunx. The event is free and starts at 6 p.m.
