    GET ON THE POLE: Feel sexy and release your inner diva as you strengthen and tone your body.  Philly Premier Pole Dance is teaching a seductive dance class from 6:30-7:30 p.m. and a pole dance intermediate and basic class from 7:45- 9:15 p.m. Thursday. The dance studio is located at 1520 Sansom St. in Center CityPhiladelphia. The classes are $15 or $12.50 if you purchase your lesson online. Sorry felllas, these super sexy sessions are for women only.

    “THE LIVE POD”: Rub elbows with Grammy award-winning performers, producers and songwriters at Luxe Lounge. After they hit the stage with a live performance, they’ll mingle with you and other upcoming artists and musicians. If you’re craving the spotlight, sign up for the open mic from 9 - 10 p.m. Ladies are free and fellas are $5 before 10 p.m.,  $10 for everyone after. Luxe Lounge is located at 724 Arch St. in Philly. The music goes from 9 p.m. - 2 a.m. This event hosted by Urban Philly is for the 21+ crowd.

    NETWORK ON THE WATER: Water Works is the recession-friendly spot to be tonight from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. For a small fee ($5 if you RSVP, $10 at the door) you can enjoy one free drink, food, giveaways and great networking with young professionals. Drop your business card for a chance to win a City Chase Team for this Saturday - valued at $170. If you want to take advantage of the free self-parking, make sure you get there early, as 200 young professionals are expected to attend.
