No stranger to Atlantic City, New Jersey native Joe Piscopo has achieved one of his lifelong dreams, he has his own club on the boardwalk.
After more than 20 years of planning and waiting for the perfect opportunity, Club Piscopo will open its doors Friday, July 1 inside the Resorts Casino Hotel.
CEO and Co-owner of Resorts, Dennis Gomes, and Piscopo had a similar vision for the Starlight Room, which sits on the second floor of Resorts. They transformed it into Club Piscopo, a retro lounge that promises to feature an eclectic array of entertainment every weekend. Comedian Jeff Norris takes the stage this weekend.
According to the Courier Post, Piscopo said of his new endeavor, “We'll try it through Labor Day, and then evaluate it and see what happens from there.”
General Admission is $25 and stage seating is $35. Tickets are available thtough Ticketmaster.
