Can’t take the heat, well then stay out of Gordon Ramsay’s kitchen. But if the heat behind the fierce host of the hit TV series "Hell’s Kitchen" doesn’t intimidate you and you can work some cooking magic, then come to the "Hell’s Kitchen" Philadelphia Open Casting Call.

On Sunday, November 14 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Radisson Plaza - Warwick Hotel on the corner of South and Locust, "Hell’s Kitchen" will be looking for the next big chef for season 9.

The show is scouring Philly for men and women that are competitive and passionate about food and preferably have some type of cooking experience.

If you're interested in attending the casting call, email Lisa Ganz at twinsworld1@aol.com. Be sure put “Hell’s Kitchen/Philly” in the subject line. In the body of the email include your full name, age (you must be at least 21 years old), telephone number, the state you live in, a photo of yourself. Share your culinary experience and why you are an excellent candidate for the show.

Participants in the casting call will not be cooking, so if you plan on attending there is no need to bring utensils.
