Come Out and Get Flyered Up

Flyers pep rally starts at noon Friday

Grab your camera and head to the Wachovia Center for a free Flyers pep rally.

From noon to 2 p.m. on Friday fans will gather outside of the Broad Street entrance of the Wachovia Center where they can pose for pictures with the Prince of Wales Trophy, meet Flyers Alumni, buy some Stanley Cup souvenirs and score free hot dogs -- all while supporting the Fly Guys as they prepare to fight for the Cup.

If you miss out on the fun, a tent will remain outside the Wachovia Center selling Flyers and Stanley Cup merchandise Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and until 5 p.m. on Sunday.

The Flyers face the Blackhawks in Chicago on Saturday at 8 p.m. for Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Final.

Games 3 and 4 will be played in Philadelphia on Wednesday and Friday, June 4. Both games are scheduled for 8 p.m.
