Friends, family, fans and strangers who were touched by the losses of Ryan Dunn and Zac Hartwell will be pouring into a West Chester, Pa. concert hall this weekend to remember the men.

The Note is hosting a tribute concert Saturday night to honor Jackass star Ryan Dunn and Zac Hartwell who died in a fiery car accident in late June.

100 percent of the show’s proceeds will benefit Hartwell's widow Rachel Peazzoni

“A Tribute To Our Very Good Friends Ryan Dunn and Zac Hartwell” will begin at 7 p.m. and features several bands including Backwoods Payback, The Moxy, Black Cowgirl and more.

Tickets to the concert are $15 and can be purchased at the door or in advance at The Note’s website.

Besides the music there will be an array of auctions and raffle items with proceeds also going to Peazzoni. Skateboard decks signed by Tony Hawk, autographed Flyers gear, autographed memorabilia, props signed by Bam Margera and the Jackass crew, and an all expense paid night out in Philadelphia are just a few prizes available, according to WMMR's Preston & Steve.

The concert is for patrons 21 years and older but anyone can donate at WeLoveRyanAndZac.com.
