Philadelphia’s most popular spring festival is on the horizon.
The annual Rittenhouse Row Spring Festival is set to take place on May 21from noon until 5 p.m. in Rittenhouse Square -- rain or shine.
The festival features live music, fashion shows, food sampling, drink tasting and more. There will also be games, prizes, face painting and more for the kids.
Last year, over 50,000 people attended the festival from across the region and an even larger crowd is expected this year.
