Asbury Park Gets Bamboozled

The three-day music festival kicks off Friday.

What's billed as the largest beach concert in the United States gets under way in New Jersey at 5 p.m. Friday.

As many as 100,000 fans could descend on Asbury Park's beach for the three-day Bamboozle Festival.

The festival features seven stages, where music fans will see hip-hop, dance, heavy metal and hardcore and punk acts.

Electronic music performer Skrillex will headline Friday night's concert.

Other top-name headliners include Incubus and Mac Miller on Friday; The Foo Fighters and My Chemical Romance on Saturday; and Bon Jovi on Sunday.

Parking is limited in and around Asbury. NJ Transit is adding extra trains and promoters have secured 9,700 spaces at Monmouth Park racetrack in Oceanport. Fans can park and ride $10 shuttle buses.
