The CW is bringing 90's hit show "Melrose Place" back (cause they can't think of original shows). Anyway, Ashlee Simpson-Wentz is set to star in the remake as "Violet" a small-town girl with a big secret. Oscar winner Davis Guggenheim ("An Inconvenient Truth") will direct the pilot, written by Darren Swimmer and Todd Slavkin ("Smallville").

It's been reported that Melissa Rycroft, the girl who was dumped on national television by "Bachelor" Jason Mesnick, will return to TV...on "Dancing with the Stars!" Rycroft will fill the vacant spot left by Jewel (she annouced on Thursday that she is unable to compete due to injury). Her first appearance on the show is this Thursday, March 12. I'm sure all of America will be rooting for her (c'mon guys, she's had a rough couple weeks).

Comedians Jimmy Kimmel and Sarah Silverman have broken up again. The pair were together for five years before they broke it off last July. They reconciled a few months later but it looks like they just couldn't make it work.

Amy Winehouse will not perform at next month's Coachella Music Festival. The troubled singer cancelled because she's currently facing charges in an alleged assault in London last year.
