Seinfeld: Funny in Philly

He's been hailed "a philosopher-comic with the defiance of Hemingway, the wit of Wilde, the eloquence of Malraux and the memory of Proust," by The Washington Post and although Jerry Seinfeld hasn't done much since the end of his show (unless you consider "Bee Movie" groundbreaking), he's hopping back on the horse with a brand new TV show "The Marriage Ref" on NBC set to air next February and a stand up tour.

Wait, a stand up tour? That's right, the creator of arguably one of the best sitcom's in TV history, Seinfeld, will be on stage twice in one night at the Academy of Music on June 20. The shows will be at 7 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.

Tickets go on sale on Friday, April 17 at 10 a.m., so you better act fast (we're pretty sure they're going to move).

They're going for $65 or $80 a pop and can be purchased by calling 215-893-1999, at www.kimmelcenter.org or at the Kimmel Center box office.
