You may have missed the first five sins, but there's still a chance to indulge in some Gluttony, the sixth in vaudeville-burlesque group Cabaret Red Light's series on the seven deadly sins. The one-night-only performance of this "cooking show in Hell" happens at Queen Village nightspot L'Etage this Thursday, May 28 at 9 p.m.
Watch formerly dead Svedka von Schotz, the "Judy Garland of Vegas," as she whips up a batch of satanic and saucy sauces, plus other local burlesque and vaudeville stars as they delve into the meaning of the cardinal sin of gluttony, backed up by the "gypsy-lounge-funk" sounds of The Blazing Cherries.
All of the previous sin-packed shows have sold out, but tickets can be purchased in advance.
