Who else ranked in the top ten? Coming in at number 10 is Jacksonville, NC, eight is Atlanta, Phoenix at seven, Killeen, TX is number six, Chicago is five, number four is San Diego.
Rounding out the top three is L.A., Houston, TX and New York City.
