Atlantic City is honoring the legacy of Sheila Oliver, New Jersey’s late Lieutenant Governor and a trailblazer who died last summer. Her relatives participated in a groundbreaking ceremony on Wednesday to begin construction on a newly beautified city courtyard to be named after Oliver.
