Attention all bikers, runners and walkers! The Philadelphia Streets Department announced that the Race Street entrance to the Schuylkill River Trail will be temporarily closed.

Nighttime runners are finding themselves in the dark after portions of the Schuylkill River Trail have had street light outages. People who frequent the trail say they now feel unsafe with the lights being out for days. NBC10’s Brian Sheehan spoke with the streets department and runners.
