Philly leaders had a sliver of good news about the coronavirus pandemic: the positivity rate is still high, but it didn’t increase.

Owners of local gyms say the City of Philadelphia’s ban on indoor workouts until early next year will put them out of business. Some are even planning to protest on Tuesday near City Hall. NBC10’s Rosemary Connors spoke with business owners who say the restrictions are unfair.
