A 22-year-old man convicted of attempted murder for opening fire on two state troopers during a traffic stop last fall is due in court for sentencing.

Police said Clary failed three field sobriety tests before struggling with the troopers during his arrest. He grabs a gun, police say, and fires on the troopers.
