Sesame tuna

Sesame tuna

Ingredients:
1-6 oz tuna
3 tbsp black and white sesame seeds
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp sesame oil
Crab roll-
1 sheet nori
4 oz crab
2 tbsp thai sweet chili sauce
2 tbsp light sour cream
1 tbsp cilantro
1 tbsp scallion sliced

Directions:
Mix everything together except nori
Wet nori with water and roll crab mixture
1red bell pepper
2 oz daikon root peeled
2 oz shelled edamame
2 baby bok-choy
2 oz red cabbage
Julienne all vegetables
2oz sweet soy
Wasabi
Pickled ginger
In a hot pan add sesame oil and sear tuna rare Then add vegetables s.p and saute 1 minute Garnish plate with sweet soy,wasabi and pickled ginger Slice crab roll and enjoy
